I can hardly accept this. I'm usually very graced with my words but, it seems that all is taken away when it hits so close to home. I never really payed much attention to the other shootings when they happen, and now i regret it all the more.
I ran into an ironic isutation last night. It started with a friend of mine who also knew Ryanne saying to me "At least it can't get any worse." I just looked at him when he said this to me in disapproval. It can always get worse. Then it did. I recieved a message from my friend last night whom I had planned a date with on Wednesday, saying that she had been raped just hours before.
It's a horrid place we live in, still yet filled with beauty. Just do your friends and family and the victims family a favor and think before you utter that phrase "It can't get any worse".
I'll see you all at Ryanne's funeral this afternoon. Go in peace and with God's protection.
